Cookie policy

What we set, why, and how to control it. Short and specific — the way this document should be.

01

1. Overview

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to make websites work, or work better. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and web beacons.

This page describes how LoveSync uses these, and what choices you have. Where local law requires explicit consent (for example, in the EU/UK), we ask before setting non-essential cookies.

02

2. What we set, by category

Essential — required for the site to work. Login state, session integrity, security tokens, load-balancing hints. Cannot be switched off; without them the site can’t function.

Preferences — remember your locale, currency, and theme so the site behaves the way you expect on return visits.

Analytics — privacy-respecting measurement that helps us understand which pages work and which don’t. Aggregated, IP-truncated where possible.

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

03

3. Third parties

Some pages use third-party services (for example, video providers or embedded content). Those services may set their own cookies when they load. We only include third parties we trust and only where they’re necessary.

04

4. Your choices

You can control cookies from your browser — most browsers let you block, delete, or restrict cookies by site.

Where consent is required, our banner lets you accept, refuse, or customise non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored and can be changed at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
