01How exactly do the four grades work?
Grades are tiers within a category — standard, premium, luxury, and bespoke. You can list one or all four, and each grade has its own pricing model, portfolio group, and inclusions. Couples see them side by side, so they choose the tier that fits their moment. Bespoke is quote-only and lives behind a short discovery form.
02Can I do fixed pricing or is everything quote-based?
Both. You choose per grade — a fully fixed price, a from-price with itemised add-ons, or quote-only. Whatever you set is exactly what the couple sees. Nothing hidden until the end.
03How do deposits and balances actually work?
Once a couple accepts your quote, they pay a deposit you set (typically 30–50%) to secure the date. The balance is due at a milestone you choose — usually a week before delivery or on the day. Both amounts sit in the LoveSync ledger and release to you once delivery is confirmed.
04What counts as a deliverable — and when is delivery "confirmed"?
Deliverables are whatever you and the couple agree in the quote — photos delivered, catering completed, décor installed and struck. When you mark delivery complete, the couple has 72 hours to confirm or raise a concern. If neither happens, delivery auto-confirms and payout releases.
05What happens if there’s a dispute?
Disputes go to LoveSync’s trust and finance team, not to your inbox. We gather evidence from both sides — quote, timeline, deliverables, messages — and make a call within seven days. Funds stay in the ledger until it’s resolved. You’re never negotiating money with a couple directly.
06Can I be tied to a wedding-event or a planned gift?
Yes. Couples building a full event can attach you to their timeline as one of several providers, and the LoveSync gift-planning team can bring you in when your category fits a curated gift. In both cases the brief comes to you the same way — structured, warm, and ready for a quote.
07What’s the verified-provider badge and how do I earn it?
The verified badge is a distinct mark on your profile showing you’ve completed identity, business, and portfolio verification, and have delivered at least three bookings with strong reviews. It’s a signal of trust — couples filter for it, and it’s never given automatically.
