Story angles

Where LoveSync fits the conversation.

These are the frames we can speak to well — with data, practitioners, and specifics rather than platitudes.

Angle 01

The couples-first platform

The story: what changes when a product treats two people as a first-class unit instead of two accounts using the same app.

Angle 02

In-house counselling done right

The story: how a private in-house session room, real licence verification, and on-call safeguarding compare with the wider tele-therapy market.

Angle 03

A quiet corner of the internet

The story: what an intentionally calm consumer product looks like in a category shaped by dating apps and engagement loops.

Angle 04

Practitioner-led, not engagement-led

The story: the operating principle of putting clinicians inside the product team — and what changes in the product because of it.

01 · What LoveSync is

A home for love — one place for the whole journey.

LoveSync is a consumer platform for anyone who loves or wants to love — single, dating, engaged, married, healing, or celebrating. Six rooms sit under one roof: learning, counselling, celebration and gifts, events, a vetted services marketplace, and community. Mobile-first, with a full web and back-office system behind the scenes.

  • One platform across six related rooms
  • Couples treated as a first-class unit, not two separate users
  • Membership tiers themed around love languages
  • Warm, calm design across every surface
  • Same DNA across app, web, and back-office

Just for the two of you

02 · How it works

Match, meet, and grow — inside one private space.

Members find counsellors by language, faith, region, and what they’re working through — not by a swipe. Sessions run inside our own private, encrypted session room; there is no third-party video link. Content is written or reviewed by practising clinicians. Gifts, sweet-words, and events plug into the same identity, same wallet, same safeguarding.

  • Structured intake before any counsellor is matched
  • In-house video, voice, and chat session room
  • Verified licences at onboarding and renewal
  • Practitioner-written content library
  • One entitlement model across every room

03 · Why it matters

Because love deserves better tools than a swipe.

Most consumer tech treats love as a side feature — a dating swipe here, a quote graphic there. LoveSync is what the category looks like when love is the whole product, shaped by people who have sat with real couples for years. The stakes are personal. The design reflects that.

  • Love as the whole product, not a side feature
  • Practitioner voice at every level of the company
  • Safeguarding designed in, not bolted on
  • Trust surfaces treated as first-class UI
  • No dark patterns, fake scarcity, or engagement traps

My partner won't open up about their day. Advice?

We've been married two years and I feel like there's a wall between us in the evenings. I want to understand — not push.

Anon · Ghana

Try a 10-minute quiet ritual before you both speak. Silence first, words second.

Often this isn't distance — it's decompression. Ask them what a "good pause" looks like.

Anon · UK

I felt the same. We started walking together with no phones. Game-changer.

The right door

Reach the right team faster.

Every message reaches a real person on the press team. We usually respond within one business day.

Recent coverage

The kinds of stories we welcome.

We welcome feature interviews with our founders and clinical leads — pieces that take the time to look at how a mission-first consumer platform actually works from the inside, and what that means for the members it serves.

We welcome product write-ups that go beyond the launch cycle. If you want to sit inside the session room, walk through the safeguarding pathway, or trace how a gift gets planned end-to-end, we’ll show you the whole thing — under embargo if needed.

We welcome industry analysis that puts LoveSync in the wider context of tele-therapy, consumer wellbeing, and relationship technology. We’ll share what we can — including anonymised data and methodology — so the analysis stands up to scrutiny.

Ground rules

Our house style.

LoveSync is anonymous-by-default for members. We do not share individual member stories, session content, or identifying details — ever, for any story. What we can share is aggregate data with methodology, cleared anonymised quotes, and the reasoning behind the product decisions we’ve made. We’re happy to be specific and happy to say when we can’t say. Where a story would benefit from a member voice, we can connect you with members who have consented to speak publicly under their own terms — on their timeline, not ours.
