LoveSync is a home for love — the platform described on this website. These terms govern your use of the LoveSync website, mobile apps, and platform services.
By using LoveSync, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions apply additional minimum ages to counselling — we enforce those.
Provide accurate information at signup and keep it current, especially for counselling and payments.
Don’t use LoveSync to harm others, break the law where you are, misrepresent yourself, or attempt to bypass our safety systems.
Don’t attempt to access data or accounts that aren’t yours. Don’t abuse counsellors, providers, or platform staff.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, with a right of appeal.
LoveSync connects you to licensed counsellors. The therapeutic relationship is between you and your counsellor. Counsellors are bound by their own regulatory bodies.
Counselling on LoveSync is not a crisis service. In an emergency, call local emergency services first.
Some care is jurisdictionally restricted — where cross-border care isn’t safe or lawful, bookings will be blocked or restricted with a reason.
Paid plans renew per your billing cycle unless cancelled. Cancel any time from your account.
We charge in your local currency where we’re present. Taxes are applied per jurisdiction.
Refunds are handled per our published refund policy for the specific product (membership, counselling session, gift, event ticket, provider booking).
Your content is yours. You grant LoveSync a limited licence to store and process it as needed to deliver the platform to you.
Content in a shared space is visible to its members. Content posted to public surfaces (reviews, public feed items) is visible per its own privacy setting.
Content we publish (articles, curriculum) is ours or our contributors’, and may not be republished without permission.
We may change features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be announced and — where required — will require your acceptance before continuing.
If you don’t accept a material change, you may close your account without penalty.
LoveSync is provided as-is where the law allows. We work hard to be reliable, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
We don’t exclude liability where the law prohibits us from doing so — including for personal injury or fraud.
Disputes will be handled first through direct discussion. Governing law and forum are noted in your local terms addendum, with mandatory consumer-protection carve-outs where they apply.
