Why organisations choose LoveSync

A partner shaped like a serious one.

This isn’t a wellness app skin. It’s nearly a decade of counselling and care, brought to your community as an infrastructure you can lean on.

Impact

Impact you can actually see

Aggregate reporting turns "we care about our people" into evidence — seats used, sessions booked, workshops attended, themes trending. Leadership gets clarity, members keep privacy.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding, taken seriously

A written safeguarding protocol per organisation. A named lead on your side, a named lead on ours. Crisis pathways that route to real humans, and a clear escalation path when the moment matters.

Transparency

Transparency in money and data

Published seat pricing. Proper invoicing. Data-processing agreements as standard. Session content stays between counsellor and member — always. No hidden fees, no surprise scope changes.

Integration

Integration into how you already work

SSO for larger deployments. Roster syncs where relevant. Custom onboarding flows that carry your welcome. A dedicated success lead who understands both your calendar and your mission.

How partnership starts

A careful process, because your people deserve it.

Most partnerships move from first conversation to launch in six to eight weeks.

  1. Step 01

    01

    Talk

A discovery call with our partnerships lead. Tell us about your community, your goals, and any concerns. We listen more than we pitch.

  2. Step 02

    02

    Design the cohort

Together we shape the seat plan, cohort structure, workshop schedule, safeguarding protocol, and success metrics. You approve every piece before we move.

  3. Step 03

    03

    Contract

A proper agreement — data-processing terms, safeguarding protocol, seat counts, billing schedule, and named leads on both sides. Reviewed by your legal team, not rushed.

  4. Step 04

    04

    Launch

We onboard your first members with a custom welcome flow. Your success lead runs a warm kickoff. Quarterly reviews and ongoing support begin from day one.

What’s included in every partnership

The whole thing — not a stripped-back version.

Organisation admins, in their own words

What partnership looks like from your side of the table.

Church partnership
The private cohort space is what sold our elders. Our people can ask the messy questions inside our own room, but still access the whole platform when they’re ready.
Pastor Nana K.
Employer partnership
As an HR lead I finally have a relational-health benefit people actually use. The quarterly report tells me what’s trending across the company — without ever telling me who booked what.
Ekua D.
NGO partnership
Our success lead knows our programme calendar as well as we do. When we launched the family-strengthening cohort, everything worked on day one.

Common questions

What procurement and safeguarding leads ask us.

07 questions

01How is pricing structured across the seat plans?

Three tiers: Starter (20–100 seats), Community (100–1,000 seats), and Enterprise (1,000+). Pricing is per seat per year, with volume discounts published on request. Cohort features and success support depth vary across tiers. Billing is annual by default, quarterly for larger deployments.

02Is there a minimum seat count?

Starter begins at 20 seats — small enough for a leadership team, a home group, or a small NGO programme. Below 20 we typically point organisations to standard membership, since a full partnership isn’t warranted.

03How is safeguarding handled?

Every partnership includes a written safeguarding protocol — agreed in advance and reviewed annually. You name a safeguarding lead; we name ours. Crisis escalations route to real humans on both sides, on the protocol we’ve agreed. Individual session content stays between counsellor and member — always.

04What happens with member data and reporting?

Individual data never appears in reporting. Quarterly reports show aggregate patterns — seats used, sessions booked, workshops attended, themes trending. Member identities, session notes, and personal content are protected by the same privacy rules as any LoveSync member. A GDPR-aligned data-processing agreement is signed as standard.

05What do the contracts look like?

A master services agreement covers the partnership relationship. A data-processing agreement covers privacy and processing. A safeguarding protocol covers escalation. Your legal team is welcome to review all three, and we accept redline. Most partnerships finalise contracts in two to four weeks.

06How does cancellation work?

Annual contracts run for their term with a 60-day notice for non-renewal. Mid-term cancellation is possible in defined circumstances (material breach, safeguarding failure on our side) with a written process. Data is exported and deleted on request within the timelines the agreement sets out.

07What integrations are available?

SSO via SAML or OIDC for Enterprise deployments. Roster syncs from HRIS platforms on request. Calendar and communication integrations depend on your stack — we scope this during discovery and are honest when something isn’t ready yet.
